Prevention of Caste based Discrimination Committee
MAEER’s MIT Arts, Commerce and Science College, Alandi (D), Pune prohibits any kind of Caste Based Discrimination at our college and actively desists its students and staff members from indulging in any form of caste-based discrimination. Discrimination based on caste is a punishable offence. The University Grants Commission has strictly ordered the higher educational institutions to monitor caste-based discrimination. Anyone may report a case either through the online form or a written complaint in the register kept at the Principal’s office.
1. Prevention of Caste Based Discrimination Committee:
The College has constituted the Prevention of Caste Based Discrimination Committee to resolve issues pertaining to caste-based discrimination. The following are the members of the Committee for the Academic Year 2024-2025:

*The committee will be revised every year.
The committee shall be responsible for timely redressal of complaints/grievances as and when made by SC/ST/OBC students, teachers and non-teaching employees.
