Afflatus Club

The Afflatus Club brings students, teachers, and experts together to collaborate and improve society. It provides a platform to discuss emerging computer science technologies. It encourages active participation in technical activities and events.

    OBJECTIVES OF CLUB
  • ● To create a platform where students, academics, researchers from all fields, and industry experts can collaborate to transform society.


  • ● To provide a platform for students, academicians, and industry experts to discuss emerging technologies in the field of computer science.


  • ● To enhance students' interpersonal skills .


  • ● To motivate students to actively participate in various technical activities organized by the club.

1) A guest lecture on “Career opportunities in foreign countries after graduation” on 12/08/2023 by Anisha Agarwal (Alumni student(2022), Pursuing Masters at California state university Los Angeles,public university). Total Number of participants-75.

2) A guest lecture on “Journey from Education to Career” on 19/8/2023 by Mr. Pravin Kudale (2014 Alumni, 6Sense, Manager, Tech Analyst Enterprise Applications). Total Number of participants-114.

3) Organized an event on “Innovative Research Idea Presentation” under Science Week (Scifari) on 09-11-2023.Total Number of participants-15.

4) Organized an event on “Blind Coding (Touch by Code)” under Science Week (Scifari) on 09-11-2023.Total Number of participants-81.
5) Organized workshop on “Problem Solving using computers & Introduction to Object Oriented Programming concepts” from 2/1/2024 to 6/01/2024 by Mr. Vishal and Mr. Maroti (TYB.Sc(CS)). Total Number of participants-55.

6) Organized workshop on “AngularJS” on 24/02/2024 by Mr. Kunal Pagariya(Sr. Development Specialist, Amdocs, Pvt. Ltd. Pune).Total Number of participants-44.

7) Organized a guest lecture on “Professional Advancement After Graduation” on 23/03/2024 by Ms. Dhanashree Mane, Ms. Mrunali Ware, Ms. Anisha Pawar, Ms. Ankita Vasnshi (Alumni).Total Number of participants-65.
8) Organized a guest lecture on "Pre Placement Technical Talks & Process for Campus Interviews - Series I (Accenture Pvt. Ltd.)" for TYB.Sc(CS) and SYM.Sc(CS) students on 27/07/2024 in online mode. The lecture was delivered by 2024 alumni Mr. Akash Jadhav, a Software Engineer at Accenture Pvt. Ltd. Total Number of participants-144.

9) Organized a guest lecture on “Technical Grooming Session for Accenture Recruitment Drive” for SYM.Sc(CS) students on 03/08/2024. The lecture was delivered by Mrs. Rashmi Lad, Mrs. Manisha Patil (Science & Comp. Science Dept.). Total Number of participants-33.

10) Organised one day “Workshop on Windows and Linux installation” on 13/08/20024 by Mr. Sandeep Muley and Mr. Mangesh Sonawane (Lab. Assistant, MIT ACSC). Total Number of participants-126.

11) Organized a guest lecture on “Interview Ready” on 17/08/2024 by Ms. Mohini Ogale(Technical Account Manager at EDB & Enterprise DB). Total Number of participants-34.

12) Organized an event on “Blind Coding (Code to be Touched)" under "Scifari 3.0” on 2/09/2024. Total Number of participants-25.
