MIT KALPAVRIKSHA is an annual college magazine of MAEER’s MIT Arts, Commerce and Science College. Kalpavriksha means a wish-fulfilling divine tree having a lot of historical, holy and religious significance in India. The college magazine encourages students to express freely their views on various subjects. It is a medium to exchange thoughts through literacy talent. It is a combination of the year-long work of talented souls and a blend of unique tastes from each student who has contributed to this magazine.
MIT KALPAVRIKSHA was founded in the year 2015 and since then it has been keeping the record of all the curricular, co-curricular and extra- curricular activities conducted during the year. It provides a platform for students to express themselves through various forms of writing and art like literature, creative writings, poems, art and crafts works, drawings, sketches, paintings, photography and many more. The glance of all departmental reports gives an idea of wide range of activities that our students and teachers are engaged in making learning enduring and enriching.
MIT KALPAVRIKSHA features the interview of famous personalities like Padmashri and Padma Bhushan Shri Anna Hazare, Padmashri Mr. Popatrao Pawar, Dr. Bharat Purandare- Member of Covid Task Force, Ms. Mukta Puntambekar Director - Muktangan Rehabilitation Center. It showcases the activities that are happening in the departments and provides a platform for exposing the merits and academic achievements of the students and faculties. Energetic team of student editors work hard to bring the magazine issue every year. It is a talk by the college with the readers. We are happy to present this year issue to all our readers.
